2022 Winter Executive Committee Meeting

Registration is now open for the 2022 Winter Executive and Administrative Committee meetings in Toronto, Ontario. Please use this link to register for the meeting.

Please be sure to make your own hotel reservations at the Hilton Toronto by November 2. The reservation rate is $199 CAN, plus 4.52% municipal accommodation tax per night, and 13% room tax per night (subject to change). The hotel will accept cancellations of guest room reservations up to 11:59 p.m. local time two (2) days prior to arrival. Any cancellation after that time will be subject to a charge in the amount of one night’s room and tax.

IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ REGARDING ENTRY INTO CANADA:

Please be aware that as of October 1, 2022, the Canadian border COVID-19 requirements for entry into Canada no longer include the use of ArriveCan, proof of vaccination, testing or isolation for all travelers. Use this link for more information and to read the Canadian government’s press release dated September 26, 2022, on their change of entry requirements. Please be sure to check this government website to reconfirm those requirements have not changed and there are no updated restrictions for entry into Canada prior to leaving for the meeting.
